Traffic counters produce a continuous stream of data. A sync service downloads, cleans and stores it automatically; a web application turns it into clear volume reports by direction, lane and vehicle class.
A forecasting model (Prophet) runs on top of the historical data to estimate traffic trends – input for planning closures and maintenance.
