AMEDI organises medical congresses and educational events for doctors and healthcare professionals. We replaced a set of disconnected tools with one platform that covers the whole attendee journey – from registration and payment to a certificate of earned credits.
What the platform is made of
- Events – event registrations, accommodation, bulk company registrations, discount codes, invoices and QR payments.
- SSO – single sign-on (SAML) across every part of the platform.
- Web – a public WordPress portal with a custom plugin connected to the platform API.
- E-shop – PrestaShop with synchronised discounts and journal subscriptions.
Under the hood
Accredited e-learning tests with automatic credit allocation, PDF tickets and certificates, calendar invites, integration with the Pohoda accounting system, email campaigns with bounce handling, and an MCP server that lets AI assistants work with platform data securely.
